You will not receive a physical shipment due to the digital nature of this product. After purchasing, you will receive a download link to a PDF, which will include links to individual Canva Pinterest templates. Further instructions on accessing the templates are in the PDF.

Do I need a Canva Pro Account?

You do not need a Canva Pro account to access these templates. However, some elements of the templates can only be accessed with an upgraded account (or you can pay for each individual element separately, but it is more cost-effective to have a pro account). You can easily replace these elements with free versions if you don’t want to upgrade!

I don’t use Canva. Are these Pinterest pin templates available in other formats?

Sorry, no! These templates were made in Canva and can only be accessed in Canva. You can make a completely FREE account on Canva to access them! All you need is an email or you can connect with a Facebook account.

I am a virtual assistant. Can I use these Canva Pinterest Templates?

Absolutely! You may use these templates to create pins for your clients. However, please do not give your clients access to the original template unless they have purchased the bundle.

Can I give my virtual assistant access to these Canva Pinterest templates?

Yes! You may give your virtual assistant access to these templates. However, please make sure your virtual assistant understands these templates may only be used to design your pins!

Are refunds or exchanges an option?
